1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://optozap.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use Licence

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Optozap's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

  2. Further, Optozap does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Optozap or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Optozap's website, even if Optozap or a Optozap authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on Optozap's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Optozap does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Optozap may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Optozap does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Links

Optozap has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Optozap of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Data Processing

For our in-browser converters and client-side tools, Optozap processes files entirely locally in your web browser. Your files are not uploaded to Optozap's servers for processing and remain on your device. Optozap does not perform server-side processing for these conversion features.

8. PRO License

Optozap offers a Pro License available via a one-time purchase. A one-time Pro purchase grants the purchaser Pro access to the platform's paid features indefinitely (i.e., no recurring subscription is required). This Pro access is tied to the purchaser's account and is intended to provide permanent access to Pro features while the platform remains operational.

Optozap reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or remove Pro Licenses if the platform permanently shuts down or the service is discontinued; in such a case, purchasers may lose access to Pro features. If Optozap announces an impending permanent closure of the platform, any customer who purchased a Pro License within 30 days prior to the announced closure date will be eligible for a full refund upon request. See the Refunds section below for how to request a refund.

9. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with Optozap. If you are not happy with the platform, you may request a full refund of your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your purchase information (order number, email address used for the purchase, and date of purchase). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Refunds related to a platform closure are handled as follows: if Optozap announces an impending permanent shutdown, customers who purchased a Pro License within 30 days prior to the announced closure are eligible for a full refund upon request. Optozap reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or other violations of these Terms.

10. Modifications

Optozap may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
